Munirat Antoinette Lecky, a dual Masters degree holder from the University of Central Florida, is the Program Manager of the KAP Film and Television Academy, responsible for the day to day operations of the academy. An entertainer and media personality herself, she is passionate about educating and empowering young people, especially in the entertainment space. She recently was the Creative Director for the African University of Benin, Benin Republic.

Prior to entering the education sector, she served as the Head of Operations for the Continental Basketball League, the first private basketball league headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria. Her professional expertise is in management, marketing, operations, and sponsorship.

In 2018, she was conferred with an Honorary Doctorate in Business Administration from ISCOM University, Benin Republic.
